Secondary-junior
This group is next to primary stage with more formal and structured courses of study. The approach to this curriculum will consolidate basic competencies acquired at the primary stage. The content will be arranged into subject areas as found at present to enable thoroughness on the matters, It is necessary that children should acquire the competencies necessary for living, understanding of the natural and social environment, basic knowledge on arithmetic, science, healthy living, civic responsibility, ethical values and life skills associated with life and work situations.
Secondary-SENIOR
This group is the first assessment stage and prepared to receive state assessment and evaluation from Examination department of Srilanka. The learning will be aimed at developing the basic competencies. The Ordinary Level content will be
